Music Competition Success For Former 'Live and Unsigned' Contestants 'Halfway Homebuoy' As They Sign Down Under

Music competition success has been achieved for former Live and Unsigned contestants, Halfway Homebuoy, as they have signed a worldwide publishing deal with Foghorn Records of Sydney Australia. Brothers Jack and James Davison along with Chris Burn, are from County Durham with fellow band mates Nick Potter of Sydney Australia, and Mike Irion, Zurich Switzerland complete an international line up.
The band moved to Sydney in November after forming the band a year earlier in the Swiss alps where the five had been working as Bartenders. The move came after the band's early success, having reached the semi final of Britain's largest band competition 'Live and Unsigned,' coupled with the inclusion of two demo tacks in the multi award-winning, multi-sports movie 'Play Gravity 2' in 2010.
