YouTube Music Video Competition Exposure Awards - Leaderboard 14.06.2011

Live and Unsigned’s YouTube Music Video Competition (also known as the ‘YouTube Exposure Award’) is well underway! Acts are fighting it out for the opportunity to win massive prizes such as support slots or a place on the main stage at one of the Live and Unsigned festival partners. This time the competition is for the act that gains the most views of their YouTube footage. All Live and Unsigned acts that had their performance filmed at the Regional and Area Finals are eligible to enter. It is one of the biggest online music video competitions hosted on YouTube, to get supporters involved in order to receive the most YouTube views and win the race to get some prizes that money simply can’t buy!

This is the second snapshot of the YouTube leader board for the month of June and there have been some big changes at the top in the last seven days. Remember: the act with the highest average views on the 1st July will win the next YouTube Exposure Award!

Music Competition Prizes

All the acts’ footage is hosted on the Live and Unsigned YouTube channel and then it’s up to their fans to watch their favourite band or act for a chance to help them win a prize of a support gig or a festival slot.

YouTube Video Footage

All fans need to do is watch the YouTube video footage of their favourite Live and Unsigned act for at least thirty seconds to make their view count towards the YouTube Exposure Award. The band or act with the highest average views will win the prize and this will be calculated according to highest daily average views since their footage went live. This way we ensure that all acts have an equal chance of claiming those much coveted festival and support slots!

Support Headline Acts

The traffic to the Live and Unsigned YouTube channel is increasing every week,  as the acts mobilise their fans to check out their performance footage to bag themselves some massive prizes! Take a look at the current leader board to see who is heading towards a festival debut or headline act support slot!

Please note that not all regional and area final footage has yet been uploaded to the Live and Unsigned YouTube Channel. The leader board is to give acts an idea of the initial footage views. The Support slot prizes will be announced, one per month in May, June and July on the Live and Unsigned website.
