Live and Unsigned acts make big impact on Osfest Line up

Live and Unsigned acts make a big impact on the Osfest line up after being offered support slots. The music competition teamed up with Osfest to offer unsigned acts the chance to impress on the Osfest line up. The Trinity Band and Lucy Spraggan were spotted by event manager Carly Jackson while playing in the finals of Live and Unsigned, and it couldn’t have gone any better for them as they found themselves headed to play on the Osfest line up.

Live and unsigned acts impressed organisers as they took to the stage at Shropshire’s biggest music festival alongside a line up including Example, The Feeling, Tinchy Stryder, Lethal Bizzle and Goldie Lookin’ Chain, as well as Live and Unsigned Tour favourites Missing Andy and Paradise Point. Other acts to perform at the Shropshire festival included Boomtown Rats, From The Jam, Aggro Santos and Jaguar Skills.

Unsigned acts impress at Osfest

Osfest welcomed Lucy Spraggan and The Trinity Band to play festival slots in May, and they certainly impressed the crowd. Lucy Spraggan has been described in one review as the highlight of the whole festival. Not bad when she performed in a Sunday lunchtime slot in heavy showers.  On the back of Lucy’s performance she was offered another festival slot later this summer.

The Trinity Band put in a rousing performance following a set from Lethal Bizzle, winning over the crowd instantly with their high energy music. The festival slots are another great example of the doors that Live and Unsigned can open for performers!

Also chosen from the Live and Unsigned competition, Arcade Parade played as part of the Osfest line up on Saturday 28th May, impressing the crowd with their Indie rock anthems.
