London Finals of the UK’s biggest Music Competition - Results
London Finals of the UK’s biggest music competition took place in Hayes at the Beck Theatre this weekend, as the Live and Unsigned Regional Final rolled into town.
The Regional Final brought together the best unsigned acts from London and beyond, in a bid to make it to the Area Final. Acts are now just one step away from playing the National Grand Final at Live Fest in the O2, London.
The headline acts taking to the stage alongside Live and Unsigned Regional Finalists in London were the Cancer Bats who entertained the crowd with some rocking tunes and great stage energy. Previous finalists Black Acid Souls also took to the stage, treating the crowd to some of their best rock tunes. Flow Dem Crew also played as a guest act at London, entertaining the crowd with their new hip-hop material.
Judges presiding over the London Regional Finals included MD & Promoter of K Festival Gary Horn, Iain Baker from NME Radio & Two & Ten Management, Paul Handley from Out of bounds music, Hayes FM’s Aimee McGoldrick, James L'Esteve from Future Music Publishing, Chris Grayston from Future Music Management, and Hayley Coe from K Festival.
With so much talent, it was difficult for the judges to make a decision and the successful acts that are through to the Area Final are listed below and will compete along with acts from South Wales and previous London Finals. Congratulations to those that made it through to the London & South West Area Final on Sunday 15th May at Beck Theatre, Hayes.
