Cancer Bats to play UK at Live and Unsigned Tour!
Cancer Bats will play the UK for a rare gig, as part of the Live and Unsigned Tour at the Beck Theatre in Hayes on Sunday 17th April. The Canadian punk metallers will be performing as special guests. The Hayes show is one of only two confirmed UK dates in the Cancer Bats 2011 diary.
The 2011 Live and Unsigned Showcase Tour is in association with media partner Future Publishing and will be followed by musician’s website MusicRadar, as well as other titles from the Future portfolio such as Classic Rock and Metal Hammer.
Cancer Bats’ Hayes performance will be one of just two announced UK appearances in 2011, where the giant foursome will play a 30 minute slot to include a selection of their most brutal songs and offerings from their latest album Bears, Mayors, Scraps & Bones.
Best known for their balls-out, hardcore rock and grinding guitars, Cancer Bats yet again prove that they are the hardest working band in rock, as they will be taking to the stage at 2pm and then heading to play the Hit The Deck Festival in Nottingham later that day.
Chris Grayston, Event Director for Future Music Management who run the Live and Unsigned Tour said: “We can’t wait to get Cancer Bats in front of the Hayes crowd, the boys never fail to make an impact and with a strong supporting cast of other hardcore bands – the 17th April is set to shake up Middlesex.”
Liam Cormier, Lead vocalist of the Cancer Bats said: “Ain’t nothin’ better than a good ol’ fashion hardcore matinee!Show up nice and early, party all afternoon and show up for dinner all sweaty with a black eye. Hayes is gonna be a ripper!”
The Cancer Bats will be performing a matinee show at the Live and Unsigned Regional Final Showcase Tour which begins at 12pm. To purchase tickets to see the Cancer Bats visit See Tickets.
