Biggest Unsigned Music Competition In The UK Confirms Happy Mondays Star As A Judge

Mark Berry, commonly known as Bez, has just confirmed to judge music competition Live and Unsigned. Bez is the iconic maraca shaking freaky dancer from Happy Mondays.

Happy Mondays are certainly no stranger to doing things differently. From the heavy days of the late 80s early 90s Manchester scene, they are renowned for thinking and working outside the creative box. Bez's influence on the band led them to name their second single Freaky Dancin, a fitting tribute to him.

He shot to fame and infamy dancing with the band, and in 2005 he was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother.
