Live and Unsigned Auditions 2011 - Last Chance To Register!

In less than 2 weeks, the national search for the best original music act will begin with Live and Unsigned. Auditions will kick off across the UK, visiting a large number of regions where judges will be auditioning over 10,000 hopefuls to discover those with the potential to be professional recording artists.

With over £100, 000 in prizes up for grabs and the chance to play at the 02 in London, Live and Unsigned is set to attract thousands of unsigned musicians. Each year the competition prize pool gets bigger and better. Acts will be taking to the stage and battling it out for equipment, festival slots, clothing, studio time and master classes and 2011 will see the biggest prize pool yet, with the introduction of a world tour for the winning act!

Tour Music Fest will be awarding one act an all expenses paid trip to Italy to perform on their main stage! It’s one of the most recognised festivals for emerging talent in Europe and the winning act will play their music to a global audience and perform at the Piper Club, where artists like David Bowie, the Beatles and Pink Floyd have all performed.  Rock bands in the competition will have the chance to play at I Rock, Asia’s biggest Rock festival. The winning band will receive an all expenses paid trip to India, play in a global face-off and have the chance to win from $50, 000 in prizes! Other prizes up for grabs include a tour to America & Australasia, a selection of Blackstar amps, extensive coverage on MUZU TV and You Tube, a UK tour and a recording contract with Future Music, with up to £50,000 investment!

Those who make it through the audition stage will get to perform to industry judges, A&R associates and celebrity guests in some of the UK's most prestigious venues. And those who make it to the Grand Final will get to share the stage with some of the UK's best musicians at the Live and Unsigned Festival at the 02 in London!

The competition's aim is to find potential recording artists. Last year and the Live and Unsigned Grand Final saw the cream of the UK's unsigned talent showcase their music in front of thousands of audience members and the judging panel which included Slade's legendary front man Noddy Holder, Radio 1's Annie Nightingale, Kerrang's Alex Baker and RnB star Shola Ama.

Acts are being urged to enter now,  as places are in high demand and auditions are limited. For information on how to secure your live and Unsigned audition for 2011 go to www.LiveandUnsigned.uk.com and register today!
