Jo Good
BBC 6, XFM and MTV presenter
Jo Good is currently a DJ and presenter on BBC Radio 6 but she has a varied background in the media and vast knowledge of the music industry today.
Jo spent her childhood travelling across the world as part of a RAF family and after years of moving around she eventually settled in Manchester and began her career in music and the media.
Her first break was working as a travel girl, broadcast journalist and presenter at popular radio stations Kiss 102 and Key 103. In 2005 Jo moved to London and branched into National media as she worked for MTV. She anchored the dance floor chart show and presented the hour long daily programme TRL, alongside supplying voice over’s for MTV2 and the MTV network.
Throughout her television career, Jo continued to work in radio and hosted a new music show at Capital Radio, across the Gcap, Emap and One Network. Her love for radio eventually led Jo to return to a full time position at XFM. She is now a regular presenter on BBC 6.
Jo also boasts presenting credits on Channel 4 and has also covered some of the UK’s main festivals.
