GEOFF MEALL FROM THE AGENCY GROUP

Geoff Meall is one of the most well known music agents in the UK. Like many agents he started his career in live music as College Social Secretary at Oxford Polytechnic before taking the step into the booking agency world.

Geoff initially worked for Cloud Music Agency before moving to the Agency Group in 1992. The Agency Group is one of the world’s leading booking agencies, home to 50 agents with a combined roster of over 1,000 artists. The company represent a wide variety of genres including rock, metal, reggae, folk, R&B, hip-hop and classicaland have offices across the globe - in London, New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Malmo. Artists include N-Dubz to Hanson and Noisettes to Nickelback to name just a few.

In his position as Director of TAG UK Geoff as well as booking an active and varied roster of clients is responsible for the growth and development of the team of Agents and sits on the company worldwide management committee.

The Agency Group has been awarded “International Booking Agency of the Year” at the Pollstar Concert Industry Awards eight times and in 2007 and 2009, CEO Neil Warnock was voted “UK Booking Agent of the Year”.

Based in the UK, Geoff is responsible for the London arm of the international Agency and books some of the biggest acts in the industry. Geoff's worked with the likes of Muse, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Doves and Zutons.
