Martin founded Integral artist Management in 1994 after 2 years running his own busy artist promotions company. From 1994 - 1998 he managed bands as diverse as Bullyrag, The Real People and the Sunlites. Throughout the nineties Martin ran a road management arm, representing a series of hugely successful artists from Snap to Rosie Gaines on worldwide promotional tours, gaining crucial experience along the way.
Martin’s breakthrough act came when he found and developed Atomic Kitten alongside songwriters/producers Andy McCluskey and Stuart Kershaw. By the end of 2001 the band was the biggest female pop group in the world with four Top 5 albums and three consecutive UK number one hits. Their global success has allowed Integral to grow rapidly and diversify into new and exciting areas of the entertainment industry including documentaries and films such as the recent Ricky Hatton Life Story. The company is enjoying current chart success with “Trippin” a big for Nikki Belle and has new Sony priority I Am Finn ready to break in 2008.
