TINCHY STRYDER played at last years Live Fest, London’s biggest indoor festival which Live and Unsigned was part of at the O2 in London.

Hailing from East London, R&B star Tinchy rose to popularity in 2009 with the song ‘Take Me Back’, a collaboration with songwriter Taio Cruz, which peaked in the UK Singles Chart at number 3. In his early days, Stryder featured on pirate radio sets with well known grime MC’s like Wiley and Dizzee Rascal, made appearances on Sky’s Channel U and BBC 1Xtra as well as spending a brief stint with well known grime crew ROLL DEEP.

Tinchy is undoubtedly one of the UK’s most exciting artists and has had a huge impact on the British music scene, with major hits such as ‘Number 1’ with N-Dubz, which as the title states, went straight in at the number  one chart position in 2009 and ‘Never Leave You’ a top spot hit with Sugababes star Amelle Berrabah.

Having played the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury in 2010, released three chart albums, ‘Star In The Hood’ (2007), ‘Catch 22’ (2009) and ‘Third Strike’ (2010) it’s clear to see Tinchy has bags of talent. 2011 will see Stryder’s fourth album release set for June, which includes the single ‘Spaceship’ featuring Dappy (N-Dubz).
