Watchet LIVE Music Festival returns for its sixth year as West Somerset's largest outdoor music event over the weekend 26th-28th August 2011.

Watchet LIVE Music Festival is a family friendly festival with amazing views of the stunning West Somerset coast line and beyond. Complete with;  on site camping; 3 Stages, including the famous Croissant Neuf solar venue; over 50 live acts, bringing a wide range of high calibre musical acts not normally found performing in West Somerset at an affordable entrance price to all festival goers; along with Open Mic Tent, The Something Else Tea Tent, Food Court, Workshops, Festival Market, Real Ale and Cider Bar, Free Kids corner, on site Car Parking and much more.

Watchet LIVE Music Festival is the biggest West Somerset Festival and every year it receives thousands of requests from unsigned acts from around the region and across the UK applying to play at the festival, but spaces are always limited.

So for the 2012 festival, Watchet LIVE Music Festival is working in conjunction with the Live and Unsigned competition to find four acts to play at the renowned event. Four acoustic acts will be chosen from the live showcases in Cardiff and the grand final to play a slot at Watchet LIVE Music Festival and the lucky winners will take to the stage in front of a crowd of thousands of music lovers.
