Want to play at Bfest? Well now, you can, as Live and Unsigned has joined forces with Bfest Festival to give opportunities for Live and Unsigned winners to play at the festival alongside some of the hottest acts in the UK and entertain the masses this August!

Bfest is a one day family music festival set on the banks of Wick River in the Highlands of Scotland, set to take place on the 11^th August 2012.

Bfest’s aim is simple – to showcase the cream of Scottish bands as well as locally based talent, they are dedicated to helping the unsigned community as well as showing the UK that they still party way up North! The festival has grown to a whopping capacity of 3000 for 2012 and it’s already looking to be the best year yet!

Bfest is a family-friendly event and as such, the event includes fairground rides and children’s entertainment, whilst the food village and full bar ensures there is something for everyone! Previous acts to play at the festival include GUN, GoGoBot, The Dykeenies and Proud Mary.

Scotland Festival

Bfest is one of the most exciting up-and-coming Scotland Festivals and every year it receives thousands of requests from unsigned acts from around the region and across the UK applying to play at the festival, but spaces are always limited.

So for the 2012 festival, Bfest is working in conjunction with the Live and Unsigned competition to find four acts to play at the renowned event. Acts will be chosen from the the live showcases to play a slot at Bfest and the lucky winners will take to the stage in front of a crowd of thousands of music lovers.
